정밀가공 설비
복합가공기와 5축 머시닝센터, CNC 선반, 와이어 컷 방전가공기를 운용합니다. 공구 연삭기를 포함해 밀링·선삭·방전가공 등 작업 목적에 맞는 설비를 구성했습니다.
Precision machining equipment

표면·렌즈 연마 설비
브러시 샌딩기, 로봇 연마 시스템, 양두형 수동 연마기와 렌즈 전용 연마 설비를 운용합니다. 각 설비의 작업 방식과 적용 대상에 맞춰 표면·렌즈 마감 공정을 구성합니다.
Surface and lens finishing equipment

측정·내환경 시험 설비
영상측정기와 광학 측정 현미경으로 치수·형상을 확인합니다. 염수분무, 가죽 굴곡 내수성, 제논 내후성 시험 설비는 제품별 내환경 특성을 평가하는 데 사용합니다.
Measurement and environmental testing
Video measuring equipment and an optical measuring microscope check dimensions and geometry. Salt-spray, leather flexing water-resistance and xenon weathering test equipment evaluate environmental characteristics for relevant products.
