Quality begins with understanding customer drawings, specifications and intended use. We review dimensions, materials, tolerances, appearance and finishing requirements to establish clear acceptance criteria.

We carry agreed requirements through machining and inspection. We confirm the scope and timing of changes, resolving differences in interpretation with the customer before production.

Quality is built during production, not through final inspection alone. We manage the factors that influence each stage, from materials and tools to machining conditions and surface finishing.

Using our CNC and MCT experience, we monitor tool condition and changes in machining results. When deviations arise, we review their cause and impact and act to prevent problems from reaching the next process.

We verify dimensions and geometry as well as visible finish. We select methods suited to the product and measurement objective, reviewing instrument condition and inspection conditions together.

We review necessary tests against customer requirements. We record measurement and inspection results, identify items outside the agreed criteria, and base quality decisions on verified evidence.

We use nonconformities and customer feedback to improve future production. We review the circumstances and process history, identify causes, and share the necessary corrective actions with the people involved.

We then review effectiveness and incorporate lessons into working practices to prevent recurrence. By retaining and sharing shop-floor experience, we work toward more consistent quality.
