JNTECH 1000-6은 이송 테이블을 따라 공급되는 평판·성형 부품의 표면을 브러시와 연마 그룹으로 연속 샌딩하는 자동 장비입니다. 세 개의 연마 그룹이 형상면과 가장자리, 넓은 면을 순차적으로 가공해 후속 표면 마감을 위한 균일한 바탕을 만듭니다.
The JNTECH 1000-6 is an automatic brush sanding machine that processes flat and profiled components as they pass through the conveyor. Three sanding groups work in sequence across contours, edges and broad surfaces to prepare a consistent base for subsequent finishing.
자동 이송 테이블은 최소 길이 500 mm 이상의 작업물을 공급합니다. 1그룹의 200 × 300 mm 브러시 드럼 7개, 2그룹의 Ø300 × 50 mm 디스크 9개, 3그룹의 1,000 × 200 mm 전폭 드럼 2개가 서로 다른 접촉 방향과 폭으로 표면을 가공합니다. 세 그룹은 각각 인버터로 회전 조건을 조절하며, 작업 두께에 맞춰 테이블 높이를 설정합니다.

The automatic conveyor handles workpieces from 500 mm in length. Group 1 uses seven 200 × 300 mm brush drums, Group 2 uses nine Ø300 × 50 mm sanding discs, and Group 3 uses two 1,000 × 200 mm full-width drums. Each group is inverter-controlled, while table height is set to suit the workpiece thickness.
첫 번째 브러시 드럼군은 좁은 영역과 프로파일을 따라 접촉하고, 두 번째 디스크군은 회전 방향을 달리하며 형상면과 가장자리를 가공합니다. 마지막 전폭 드럼군은 1,000 mm 작업 폭을 정리해 표면 상태를 균일하게 맞춥니다. 연마재 종류와 회전 조건, 이송 속도는 소재와 목표 표면에 맞춰 설정하며, 상부 집진 포트는 가공 중 발생하는 연마 분진을 외부 집진 설비로 배출합니다.
The first brush-drum group follows narrow areas and profiles. The second disc group works contours and edges from changing directions, and the final full-width drums even the surface across the 1,000 mm working width. Abrasive type, rotational settings and feed speed are selected for the material and target finish, while the upper extraction ports carry sanding dust to the connected collection system.
