Satisloh Multi-FLEX-2는 Rx 안경렌즈를 위한 자동 디지털 연마기입니다. 독립 제어되는 3개 연마 챔버에서 렌즈 3장을 동시에 처리하며, 각 챔버의 공구 스핀들 2개가 공정 유연성과 연속 운전을 지원합니다.
The Satisloh Multi-FLEX-2 is an automated digital polisher for Rx ophthalmic lenses. It processes three lenses simultaneously in three independently controlled chambers, with two tool spindles in each chamber supporting flexible and continuous operation.

Evolution-U 1단계 공정을 기본으로 사용하며, 0~-18 dpt의 오목 베이스 커브와 Ø48–85 mm 렌즈, 0–6 dpt 실린더 범위를 지원합니다. 범용 FLEX 공구의 RFID 정보에 따라 렌즈 형상과 공구에 맞는 동적 운동 조건을 불러옵니다.

The standard Evolution-U one-step process covers concave base curves from 0 to -18 dpt, lens diameters from 48 to 85 mm, and cylinder values from 0 to 6 dpt. RFID data in the universal FLEX tools loads the dynamic kinematics for each lens geometry and tool.
Hydra-Boost 통합 세척 스테이션이 렌즈와 블록 피스를 세척하고, 소프트웨어 제어 방식으로 연마 챔버와 벨로우를 자동 청소합니다. 모든 유기계 렌즈 소재를 지원하며 컨베이어와 신호등을 포함한 외형은 1,810 × 2,231 × 2,078 mm, 중량은 약 1,400 kg입니다. 전·후면 도어를 넓게 열 수 있어 챔버, 공구 수용부와 내부 구성품 점검이 용이합니다.
The integrated Hydra-Boost station washes the lens and block piece, while software-controlled cleaning handles the polishing chambers and bellows. It supports all organic lens materials; overall dimensions including conveyor and signal lamp are 1,810 × 2,231 × 2,078 mm, with an approximate weight of 1,400 kg. Fully opening front and rear doors provide direct access to the chambers, tool interfaces, and internal components.
