ANCA FX5 Linear는 드릴·엔드밀·프로파일 공구 등 절삭공구의 신규 제작과 재연삭에 사용하는 5축 CNC 공구 연삭기입니다. X·Y·Z 직선축과 C·A 회전축을 연동하고, X·Y축 LinX 리니어 모터와 AMC5 G2 CNC를 적용해 복잡한 공구 형상과 연삭 조건을 정밀하게 제어합니다.
The ANCA FX5 Linear is a five-axis CNC tool grinder for producing and regrinding drills, end mills and profile tools. X/Y/Z linear axes, C/A rotary axes, LinX motors on X and Y, and the AMC5 G2 CNC coordinate tool geometry and grinding conditions.

The five-axis machine platform combines a 12 kW peak, 10,000 RPM HSK40F grinding spindle with an automatic two-station wheel changer for two wheel packs up to Ø203 mm. LinX linear motors and linear scales are applied to the X and Y axes.
연삭 작업영역은 휠팩·공작축·냉각 매니폴드에 빠르게 접근할 수 있도록 구성됩니다. 19인치 풀 터치스크린과 MPG 핸드 펜던트는 셋업, 축 이동과 프로그램 확인을 지원하며, ToolRoom은 드릴·엔드밀·프로파일 공구·버·라우터의 신규 제작과 재연삭 프로그램을 제공합니다. 생산성 범위는 Ø12 mm까지이며, 구성에 따라 최대 Ø200 mm·20 kg의 공작물을 지원합니다.
The grinding zone provides direct access to the wheel packs, workholding and coolant manifolds. A 19-inch full-touch control and MPG handheld pendant support setup, axis movement and program checks. ToolRoom covers drills, end mills, profile tools, burrs and routers for production and regrinding. The productive range is up to Ø12 mm; the configuration-dependent maximum workpiece is Ø200 mm and 20 kg.
