BALLY WATER PENETRATION TESTER
가죽 시편을 설정된 스트로크와 속도로 반복 굴곡하며 전극 접촉으로 물의 침투 시점을 감지해 동적 내수성을 평가하는 6위치 시험 장비입니다.
This six-position tester repeatedly flexes leather specimens at a controlled stroke and speed, then detects water penetration through electrode contact for dynamic water-resistance evaluation.

6개의 시험 위치가 동일한 굴곡 동작을 수행하며, 원통형 클램프와 이동 클램프가 규격 시편의 양단을 고정합니다. 스트로크를 시편 조건에 맞춰 선택하고 일정한 회전 속도로 반복 굴곡해 물이 가죽을 통과하는 시점을 확인합니다.

Six test positions perform the same flexing motion. A cylindrical clamp and moving clamp secure both ends of each standard specimen. The stroke is selected for the specimen condition, and repeated flexing at a controlled speed reveals the point at which water penetrates the leather.
시편을 75 ± 2 × 60 ± 1 mm로 준비해 각 클램프에 장착하고 2·3·4·6 mm 중 시험 스트로크를 선택합니다. 50 ± 1 rpm으로 굴곡하는 동안 물이 전극에 닿으면 해당 위치의 침투를 감지해 시험을 정지합니다. 터치스크린 카운터는 0–999,999,999 범위에서 반복 횟수를 관리합니다.
Specimens measuring 75 ± 2 × 60 ± 1 mm are mounted in the clamps, and a 2, 3, 4, or 6 mm stroke is selected. During flexing at 50 ± 1 rpm, electrode contact detects water penetration and stops the corresponding test. The touchscreen counter manages cycles from 0 to 999,999,999.
