MANUAL VIDEO MEASURING SYSTEM
VMS-4030F는 카메라와 정밀 XY 스테이지를 이용해 가공 부품의 점·선·원·호·거리·각도·윤곽을 비접촉 방식으로 확인하는 수동 영상측정기입니다. X·Y 400 × 300 mm 측정 이동량과 Z축 200 mm 초점 이동량을 갖춰 외관 정밀부품과 복잡 형상의 치수를 검사합니다.
The VMS-4030F is a manual video measuring system for non-contact inspection of points, lines, circles, arcs, distances, angles and contours. The model provides 400 × 300 mm X/Y measuring travel and 200 mm Z focus travel for dimensional inspection of precision components.

수동 핸드휠로 XY 스테이지를 이동하고, Z축으로 초점을 조절해 측정 위치를 맞춥니다. 모델 기준 금속 테이블은 550 × 450 mm, 유리 테이블은 430 × 330 mm입니다. X·Y 좌표 지시 오차는 ≤(3 + L/200) µm이며, L은 측정 길이(mm)입니다. 0.7–4.5× 연속 줌과 Sony 1/3″ 컬러 CCD, 밝기 조절식 표면광·투과광 LED를 사용합니다.

Manual handwheels position the XY stage, while Z-axis focus adjustment sets the measuring plane. The model uses a 550 × 450 mm metal table and a 430 × 330 mm glass table. X/Y indication error is specified as ≤(3 + L/200) µm, where L is the measured length in millimetres. Imaging is provided by a Sony 1/3-inch colour CCD with a 0.7–4.5× continuous zoom lens and adjustable LED surface and transmitted illumination.
비접촉 영상 측정은 측정물을 카메라 화면에 확대하고 영상 가장자리와 기준점을 지정해 치수를 계산합니다. 점·선·원·호를 기본 요소로 취득한 뒤 거리와 각도, 교차점, 윤곽을 조합해 검사할 수 있습니다. 0.5 µm 스케일 분해능은 축 이동량을 세밀하게 읽기 위한 값이며 측정 정확도와 같은 의미가 아닙니다. 높이와 평탄도는 Z축 초점 위치 변화를 기준으로 보조 확인합니다.
Non-contact video measurement magnifies the workpiece and calculates dimensions from selected edges and reference points. Points, lines, circles and arcs can be combined to inspect distances, angles, intersections and contours. The 0.5 µm scale resolution describes axis readout granularity; it is not an accuracy value. Height and flatness are evaluated with Z-focus position changes as an auxiliary measurement.
