BROTHER SPEEDIO M200X3는 X·Y·Z 직선축과 A·C 회전축, 밀링 주축과 선삭 주축을 한 장비에 통합한 소형 복합가공기입니다. 공작물을 한 번 고정한 상태에서 밀링·드릴링·탭·선삭 공정을 연결해 재척킹에 따른 공정 전환과 위치 오차를 줄입니다.
The BROTHER SPEEDIO M200X3 combines X/Y/Z linear axes, A/C rotary axes, a machining spindle and a turning spindle in one compact platform. Milling, drilling, tapping and turning can be completed in a single chucking sequence.

The M200X3 controls X/Y/Z/A/C axes with rapid traverse of 50 m/min on each linear axis. The A-axis tilts from −30° to +120°, while the C-axis provides 360° positioning and turning at up to 2,000 RPM. A 10,000 RPM MAS-BT30 machining spindle and 22-tool ATC handle milling, drilling and tapping.
밀링 주축과 C축 선삭 주축을 같은 작업영역에 배치해 공작물을 다시 고정하지 않고 다면 밀링과 외경·내경 선삭을 이어서 수행할 수 있습니다. A축 롤러기어 캠은 틸팅 위치를 지지하고, C축 내장 DD 모터는 회전 위치결정과 선삭 회전을 담당합니다. XYZ축의 급속 이송은 각 50 m/min이며, 공구 매거진은 MAS-BT30 공구 22개를 수용합니다.
The machining spindle and C-axis turning spindle share one work zone, allowing multi-face milling and outside or inside turning without rechucking. A roller-gear cam supports A-axis tilt, while a built-in direct-drive motor handles C-axis positioning and turning. XYZ rapid traverse is 50 m/min, and the magazine stores 22 MAS-BT30 tools.
